- I confirm that I own the pet or I was given authority by the owner as guardian of the pet.
- I confirm that I will inform The Tortoise Shell of any communicable diseases my pet may have.
- I release The Tortoise Shell, its employees, and owners from any liabilities but not limited to injury, sickness, damage, accident, or death while in the vicinity.
- If I am unable to collect my cat in time for check-out, I will notify The Tortoise Shell in advance.
- If my pet needs urgent medical attention, and The Tortoise Shell staff are unable to reach me, I authorise The Tortoise Shell to have it looked at by the on-call veterinarians at The Animal Hospital (formerly Tyger Animal Hospital), and the incurred bill will be reimbursed to The Tortoise Shell within 60 days.
- In the event of cancelation of the reservation, refunds are subject to a handling fee of up to 50%, depending on the length of the notice period.
- In the event of premature check-outs, the remaining nights’ fees will not be refunded.
- If my pet’s behaviour disturbs the neighbouring homes, my pet may be relocated away from their cottage. No refunds will be given for this change in accommodation.
