Quixote finally had some food. The wet food I offered to him yesterday morning served as a midnight snack. So we had the other half of the packet this morning, and he ate it once I put the bowl on the catio. He really does prefer to be on the catio. I'm going to place his food bowls by his chill spot, and see if the dry food is also more appealing when served outside.
